Lilac

lilac-flower-1-edit-1.jpgThis flower was taken with my new Nikon AF-S 60mm f/2.8G ED lens.  Do you see how my subject is clear but the background is blurred?  The AF-S 60mm f/2.8G ED is a compact, versatile Micro-NIKKOR lens which is ideal for close-up, copy work and general photography. An Internal Focusing (IF) design allows faster, smoother autofocusing and eliminates barrel length changes for consistent handling. The AF-S 60mm f/2.8G ED has been optimized for edge-to-edge sharpness on both the Nikon FX-format and DX-format image sensors. A rounded 7-blade diaphragm gives out-of-focus image elements a more natural appearance. M/A Focus Mode allows fast, smooth transitions autofocus to manual operation. For best results, the camera should be on a tripod when using this lens to photograph.
